Finding
products - when you first visit our website you will see
our main products listed in the navigation bar to the left
of each page. Once you start to shop you will see product
categories listed on the left side of the page. Visit
product information pages and make the selections you
require, or use the SEARCH link at the top of each page

- Product Search - when you
click on a product category, all the products in that
category will be listed. To view product details, click the
product title link.

- Checkout - When you
click the CHECKOUT button you will be asked to select-
I am a new customer and I
would like to sign up and create an account.
I am a returning customer
and would like to use my existing account.
I just want to place my
order without creating an account.
If you haven't shopped with
us before - click the 'New Customer' link and enter your
billing/shipping information.
If you have an account with
us, please enter your email address and password and retrieve
your account.

- Invoice / Receipt Page -
this is the page you will see after you login or complete
your new profile. You will see a summary of your order, have
options for shipping and see an indication of any
DISCOUNTS or other promotions. Once you've selected the
desired shipping method, simply select the CONFIRM ORDER
button and complete the checkout process.

- Shipping - we provide
low cost shipping via USPS. You can select between Regular, Priority and
Express shipping methods and the price for each is clearly
displayed on your order page. Please remember that we are
not able to ship all orders on the day that they are placed,
some orders take longer to pack and ship.
