All online transactions at our website are handled with industry-standard 128 bit SSL encryption. When you place an order online, your information is encrypted (scrambled) using State of the Art technology before being transmitted to us.

At Fishgillz Inc. we are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. It us our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address is private and confidential, it will NEVER be sold by us or provided to any other organization.

When you place an order with us, your sensitive information is encrypted and is accessible only by our designated staff. 

The information you submit to us, whether through an order for product, or a request for follow-up information, is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

How are we different than the next web site? - Financial information is used only once in the processing of your order. 

Also, many web sites sell or rent their customer lists for profit. This is common practice in today's Internet society and results in a large amount of unsolicited (SPAM) email. We will never sell or rent personal information about our customers or visitors to any other organization.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our systems do not collect or distribute personal information about our visitors. We do not record any information about your specific visit other than the information that you provide to us. (such as your order requirements).

If you order products from us, or submit a request for follow up information, we may contact you periodically with updates about our products or services. If we do so we will provide clear instruction on how you can cancel any further follow-ups.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality, or any other aspect of our product, simply return it to us within 1 year of date of purchase for a replacement or full refund of the product price. This is a no-fuss guarantee on any product at our site. It does not extend however to shipping charges. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized FishGillz Dealer. FishGillz warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of any FishGillz products will void warranty.

Shipping

US Orders - When you purchase from us your order will be shipped efficiently by Express, Priority or First Class mail, anywhere in the US. On some orders we use UPS as our preferred carrier at no additional cost to you.

All shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your order and you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method.

We offer low shipping rates on all continental US orders, and low rates on international orders. Orders ship typically in 1/3 days and take on average 3/7 days in transit, depending on location and the chosen shipping method.

We never charge handling costs!

Overseas orders - ship fully insured and each order spends typically 4 - 9 business days in transit. (allow more time in some instances)

We ship to virtually all overseas destinations on all Continents, and shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.
